Being a Seller Representative Specialist and Pricing Strategy Advisor has furthered my education in order to take into consideration the current market conditions, local inventory and the condition & location of a home when determining its fair market value. The average time on the market for all of my listings last year was 5 DAYS! The list to sale price ratio for my listings last year was 102%.
